Founded in 1999, Beijing FEGEN Software
Co. Ltd is mainly engaged in R & D work and the market
promotion of FE analysis softwares and CAE softwares, as well as
the consulting service for various projects related with finite
element computation. Mr. CHEN RongKe, a successful entrepreneur
in Taiwan is the Chairman of the Company. Prof. LIANG Guoping of
Academy of Mathematics & System Science under the Chinese
Academy of Sciences,
is the General Manager and Chief engineer. Mr. WANG Xin, the
president and general manager of Beijing Rising Computer Science
& Technology Company, is one of the main founders of the
Company and one of the boarding members now.
Prof. LIANG Guoping, one of the major
founders of FEGEN and an expert in computational mathematics,
successfully developed Finite Element Program
Generator (FEPG) in 1990, which won a State Award for achievements in science & technology in
1995. Adopting the idea of component programming and an advanced
expression method of FE language, FEPG provides an
overwhelmingly powerful tool for solving FE problems in various
fields. The Company, since its founding, has been dedicating to
the perfection of FEPG and extending its application in
various areas and fields. FEPG can automatically generate
complete FE source code based on the given PDE and algorithm
expressions, so that programming work can be completed within a
couple of days or even hours that would otherwise take several
months or even years, which dramatically frees researchers and
engineers from repeated and tedious coding work.
By integrating
the network technology with FEPG
based
on the technical advantages and features of the product the
company has successfully begun an online service of program
generation since 2000, which brings FE softwares into the
Internet era.
The company has a team of young talents,
most of whom came from famous institutions and schools,
including Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University and
Tsinghua University, etc. With diligence, exploring and creative
spirit, all the employees are continuing to contribute their
wisdom to the high-technology development in China.
